Many years ago, organisations who sold products and services had a means for customers to contact them privately. However, lately I have noted that WordPress, Jetpack, Ubereats, Google, Facebook, etc. have all made it very difficult to resolve customer queries.

So, I have an overdue balance according to Jetpack for some Blaze ads. No links anywhere to pay on my sites. In the email, it gives me a link to pay but then I am taking to a big “COMING SOON” splash screen. Great, very helpful.

Anyway, before I decide to revert back to Facebook and Google ads, does anyone know how to pay the overdue balance? Or should I just ignore it and let Jetpack and WordPress sort it out amongst themselves? After spending the last hour trying different things to make payment, I feel like they owe me money now lol

    Hi there,

I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience.

Please make sure to be logged in to your WordPress.com account in your default browser. If you have multiple accounts, make sure it’s the one you use for Blaze. Click the payment link again. It should no longer show the Coming Soon page.

If the issue persists, please contact us privately via this?contact form. Please include a link to this thread.

I hope that the above points you in the right direction.
