Sorry to hear you are having this issue.
There are two connection methods, the Auto-Sync depends on wp-admin and IP being allowed and some security plugins make it fail, could you give it a try using the Plugin method?

We decided to create this new engine as it brings more benefits than the local scan for example:
– Our servers will do all the hard work
– It integrates into our HUB
– It now has a specific UA & IP that allows us to be allowed on different providers
– The scan is much faster and doesn’t depend on your database, which means the service can find links that before weren’t being found.
It is also important to say that the V1 Engine is still available and working.
