Blinking a text in 2 colours

  • I would like to ask i want to try something tricky in wordpress with my post
    suppose i am making a post with title

    TOPIC:-[NEW] LATEST MOBILE LAUNCHED.
    then i want the text [NEW] to be blink in two color always so how i can do this .
    the other text remain same while only “[NEW]” text will always blink in 2 colour i.e red or green.
    it will look attractive to my visitor and they can easily determined that the post is latest.
