Bloat Ware and Poor Support

Doesn’t support easydigitdownloads as advertised here. No documentation on developers website for easydigitaldownloads setup. Created a support ticket and it was erased and never answered. As you can see on the developers support forum and here the amount of problems with this plugin are obvious. Requires additional programming. Not an out of the box solution. Video demos support files have no narrative and are so fast you have to constantly pass and rewind the youtube video, ughhhhh! . Developer sends you to other plugins to make this plugin in work like Advanced Custom Fields. Waste of $19.00.
