Block all languages other than English

Hello! Just wondering if there is a simple way to block any languages other than English in the paragraph text area? I’ve got several sites with reCaptcha and all the native WPForms anti-spam settings active, plus I’ve added the profanity code you’ve supplied here: https://wpforms.com/developers/how-to-block-form-submissions-containing-profanity/ which is great! But there are a bunch of submissions still coming through in Russian and other languages, most of them also include links etc… so I’m just wondering is there some code I can add to either block links in the paragraph text area, OR limit all submissions in the paragraph field to ENGLISH ONLY? or ideally both?
