yes, but usually it is not enough safe. You could disable all the plugin filters and use only “bad email strings” in which you insert the email of the spammer (or a part of it) in order to ban him forever.
But this plugin has more advanced functionalities, so I want to advise you to follow at least the basic configuration guide. The only thing you need to do is add to each contact form to additional settings tab ‘flamingo_message: “[your-message]”‘ (or the name of your message field) in the same way you do to configure flamingo fields.
In addition, you may want to install flamingo and in this way you have a control over mails that have been spammed or not and the mail statistics directly in the wordpress dashboard.
