Block API – some fields do not show labels

When creating fields for a custom block I’ve noticed that some of the fields do not show their assigned labels: files, color.

Instead, they just show the field editor, which makes them impossible to use if you have certain fields like: foreground color, background color, as all that’s displayed is 2 color pickers with no titles.
