    Hi,

    I am currently setting up the plugin.

    Current Scenario: I have disabled Booking, as I currently don’t have a payment system in place. I have only enabled Booking Inquiry.

    Issue: When users submit a booking inquiry and I accept it on the backend. The calendar in the booking inquiry form still shows the confirmed dates as available. Is there a way to block the dates from the calendar?

    Hi,

    We understand the situation, but the global booking calendars will not disable the fully booked dates. This is because the system may be set up to work with multiple room types, and so checking all of the fully booked dates would be a waste of server resources, as well as a heavy process with particular environments with many room-types set up.

    If you are willing to display to your guests the fully booked dates, then you should use the “Room Details” page. By publishing a Shortcode of type “Rooms List”, guests will be able to access the availability calendar for each room/listing, or you can also use the apposite “Room Details” shortcode to publish a page with the availability calendars of a specific room/listing.

    We understand you’re using the “Search Form” widget with the “Inquiry” layout to receive booking requests from your guests, and so that still works as a “global booking form”. For the reasons explained above, it is not possible to disable the fully booked dates from the datepicker calendars of that widget, I’m sorry.
