LifterLMS is not going to be able to do this for you. I’m not sure this would be within the scope of something we’d consider doing unless it was overwhelmingly requested.

I think the best thing to do would be to add a two-factor auth to the login and rather than use the LifterLMS login you use another plugin to login and or register users.

A quick google produces a few WordPress plugins that handle 2 Factor Auth.
