Block display: problem with banner

Hello,
I use the “Daily times” theme and the “AdRotate” plugin.
Block loading is used to decrease the loading time of the homepage.
As noted in the desktop version of the theme demo:

As you will notice when opening the link, scrolling down quickly, the page loads only the first part of posts, from the “Fitness” category loading is like a lazy load (it could be an idea for your plugin).

I have a problem when the content that is loaded only when viewed (like a lazy load) is an AdRotate banner.
In the desktop version: Only the first banner is displayed, but the following are not displayed (because it is a dynamic banner, 35sec each).
In the mobile version: A blank space is displayed.
(For both versions some banners are in HTML5 format)

I tried to exclude AdRotate .js from your plugin, nothing.

The problem is only solved if I remove this delayed block upload (like a lazy load) on the homepage. But loading the page becomes very slow.

How can I do?
