Block doesn’t Display in Gutenberg Editor

    Hi,
    When I install Gutenslider, it installs and activates just fine. I can even find it in the blocks and select it. However, when I do so it fails to display in the editor, and the blocks around it overlap where it should be (almost as if it’s not there). I can tell it’s there only by clicking the Block Selector and selecting it there. However, since it has no settings or ways to interact with it, all I can do is delete it.

    Do you have any clue why this could be happening? The website I’m working on is https://www.206inspect.com. However, I am still rebuilding it and currently what I’m describing is on the backend so I’m not sure how to show you. I can send you a screenshot, or am happy to do a screenshare so you can see what is happening.

  • @eedee Any thoughts on what may be causing this? I have tried switching back to default 2019 theme, disabling all plugins, and this is still occurring. Do you need any further log files?

    @nbatchelor yes, we have an idea, though its hard to debug withot a system where we can reproduce the error. however we will start working on it now and youll hopefully see a fix in the next hours. then we again need your (or others’) feedback if it works.

    @nbatchelor @sbeacham we just released v2.6.7 and totally rewrote one component. Can you please check if the error is gone?

    Hi Niklas (@Eedee),

    I just updated my Gutenslider Plugin to version 2.7.0 and it is now displaying in the editor! I will continue to work with it and let you know if I have any other issues but for the time being it’s working! Many Thanks!
