Block drag-and-drop frm desktop

Hello everyone.

I would like to prevent users on my blog network from dragging images/other files from their desktop directly into their wordpress posts. This creates a really cumbersome amount of markup to process and has taken out site down at least once.

Has anyone else had this issue, are there any out-of-the-box solutions?
