Block Editor and Site Editor not working: TypeErrors in console

Hello!
On Tuesday I upgraded both Gutenberg and WordPress to their latest versions (18.6.1. and 6.5.5). Now the Block Editor does not work (it is just white screen) and the Site Editor does not work either (just dark grey screen).
If I disable Gutenberg, but keep everything else intact, everything works. If I disable all other plugins and switch to default theme, still doesn’t work if Gutenberg plugin activated.
Could you help me out with this one, I am not sure how to debug such issue.
The browser (firefox) console gives the following error:
