Block Editor failing WP 5.7 Safari 14.03 M1 MacBook Pro

Hi

I have an independent site https://artbycolin.mcqueens.net/ that uses WP with the default template. Since updating the WP5.7 the block editor fails. It starts to load but nothing appears on the page. Viewing HTML says it fails with “An error occurred trying to load the resource”. This is on a MacBook pro Safari 14.03 with an M1 processor. I’ve enabled a plug-in to allow the classic editor so can edit. The block editor works on my iOS iPhone 8 so am assuming something about Safari or a setting on my MacBook Pro is the problem. Or could it be the Apple M1 processor?
