Block editors are not center align on mobile & how to export design ?

Hello guys,

I am designing a homepage with Gutenberg block editors. have some issues and questions:

1- when I open my mobile website, I added the posts section using block editor and Gutenberg elements. Those posts are not showing in center alignment.

2- I want to replicate the same design on my other website of the home page, how can I export & import this design of block editors on other sites?

what can be the issues?
