you can use the built-in feature from WordPress under Settings -> Discussion. There you can use the moderation keys or disallowed keys to send the comment to the pending queue or direct to trash.

In Antispam Bee you can try to enable the local spam db (if not already the case) and just mark the comment as spam. Hopefully this leads to the next similar comment marked as spam directly.

Better control than the methods above is to use a custom pattern where you can set up the fields exactly to match the spam comments. This is better explained on the hook documentation (if you are fine with writing some basic PHP stuff):
