    Did you check the address via the tools tab? It should supply that Ukraine is blocked to visit the frontend and the backend

    I checked. It says the IP is from Ukraine and is blocked from the frontend and blocked from the backend.

    I would like the logfile of the date the spam comment was left. So if that is today then I need the logfile of today ??

    Done. There’s only 3 lines in the log with that IP though.

    Do you either have set “send headers” to off or did you on the pages tab set “block individual pages” set to on?

    Block Individual Pages is off, Send headers is selected (on)

    Okay then their should be a 403 error code in the log but instead there is a 200 error code.

    Is this IP present on the logging/statistieken tab?

    Not anymore. Only the last 15 are there. There are some from the Ukraine though. I’ll send you a screenshot.

    Ok, thanks for looking into it. If it happens again I’ll gather evidence immediately.

    Until now I haven’t seen any other problems, so I keep my fingers crossed this was a one time issue.
