Block for suspected accesses

The free version does not block any IP addresses, but the pro version does. 2) “Is there a way to see a log about blocks to malicious accesses?”

Not with the free version (see response to first question). Updated to add: if you have access to your site’s access/error log, it would be possible to check for any 403 response and examine that way. Ask your web host if unsure.

Is there any way to see a simple count of how many blocks the free version has done?

@itsgotime it may be possible using custom code, but I have not tried it. I like the idea though, and will try to add something next update.

Hey @itsgotime, the next version of BBQ enables display of total blocked count on the plugin settings page. More info here. New version should be available later today or tomorrow. Thanks for the idea.
