Is there a block at www.ads-software.com for updating plugins and themes?

    We have too many customers using wordpress on our servers but there is problem with update and plugins its begin last week, in our servers who using wordpress cant update and add plugings here is message:

    An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with www.ads-software.com or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 0 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    There is no problem until last week all customers can update their wordpress.
    I think wordpress block our ip classes (31.186.8.0/24) because there are too many request for update and plugins. Can you check it if there is any blocking, you remove it ?
