Block ip in slash notation?

Hello all! I am getting eat up with spam from certain ip’s. All come from 81.177.15.xxx and 208.66.193.xxx. I am using WP 2.0.2 and apache 2 with htaccess. Using htaccess, how do i block anything from 81.177.15.xxx and 208.66.193.xxx? More clearly, i am wanting to block anything from 208.66.193.000/24 and 81.177.15.000/24? Am i clear on what i want to block?
