Block ip with a script, not directly using the plugin

I have a question about Wordfence plugin…
I use a script to detect intrusions in my site like detecting when someone is trying to acces wp-config using a plugin or theme file from my site. When that happens i get notified that ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx tried to acces an important file from my site.
Can you help me to block that ip using Wordfence? Like manually blocking ip but using a script to insert that ip in the manually blocked ip list.Thank you!
