block landing page to show menu and content

Hi,

i have a wordpress child theme installed called gateway,
it has a very nice landing page but i don’t want people to scroll down the landing page, i want them to press a button and so they land on the first menu item on the page….
i need a php code, can maybe somebody help me whith this? how would the code look like, and where should i put it?
