Block links or disable pasting in form

  • I’ve been looking for a way to block any form submissions that contain links and/or to stop the ability to paste text into the message area of a contact form.

    Nobody that has contacted me in the last 20 years has wanted to include a link or paste a message so this seems like an easy way to stop bots.

    These both seem like very simple ideas that would stop spam but I can’t find any way of doing it!

    Is it possible?
