    The log of blocked IPs isn’t displayed in the Logs tab so I have no way to manually unblock someone.

    Try to update or re-install the plugin. If it doesn’t help, ask your hosting provider if they overwrite plugin’s pages with their custom code.

    Nope. Didn’t do anything.

    And, I am the hosting provider, so that isn’t the case.

    Do you have any related errors in the wp error log? What version of the plugin do you use? Are you on a regular LAMP server?
