Block Navigation stopped working for me. I thought perhaps a conflict with a new plugin that I installed “PublishPress Blocks”, but deactivating this plugin did not do the trick. The issue is both with Chrome and Opera. The sidebar icon is still shown, but the column where the tree should be shown is empty.
I had it in the past and then “Clearing browser data” worked, but not this time. Have it now for about a week. Killed by Gutenberg 9.8 perhaps?

Thank you for reporting. I can confirm the bug with the latest version of the Gutenberg plugin active, probably after 9.8 as you comment.

I am going to prepare the fix, confirm it works correctly without the plugin too and publish the fix as soon as I can.

    Thank you!

Version 3.3.3 has been released which should fix this issue.
I am very glad you like the plugin.

    Thank you again for reporting
