Block not showing in the block library

I’ve created a new Block along with the required folder and PHP file, yet I can’t see it when I try to add it to a page. I can see all of the standard WP Blocks, but not my new one.

I only have one custom Block and the checkbox is ticked for ‘pages’ in Block Settings > Post Types.
