Block page error 500

Hi, this woocommerce store of a client has 34k users in the DB and I cannot access the User Blocker page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=block_user), it shows error 500 after like 5 seconds of trying to access the page. I can access the first list (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=blocked_user_list) but if I try to see all blocked list (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=all_type_blocked_user_list) I get timeout from cloudflare.

I am guessing it is due to too many users in DB. Is there a table your plugin creates in the DB I could edit directly and add another email/user to be blocked without accessing the admin page, since I cannot anyway?
