Block/paragraph with php

Hi!
To use PHP in a block theme to add pieces of translatable texts or use basic PHP functions, you can create a block pattern and place the code for the pattern in the HTML template.

You can see examples of this in Twenty Twenty-two.
The pattern is created here:

And added to the footer here: https://themes.trac.www.ads-software.com/browser/twentytwentytwo/1.0/parts/footer.html#L3

(As always, use a child themes if you plan to make changes to the code)

Does this mean that the twentytwentytwo_block_patterns filter could be used to add a new block pattern and then theme_file_path filter could be used to tell WordPress to get the new block pattern from a plugin directory? ??
