Hi @recetteitalienne, thanks for your question.
If you have RSS functionality on your site may wish to switch to “Excerpt” for feeds on the WordPress > Settings > Reading page.
If you have the latest version of Wordfence installed, you can use the Rate Limiting rules on the Wordfence > All Options page to limit visitors scanning your website too quickly. Our recommend settings are here: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/rate-limiting/
As you know the offending site, you can then carry out the following:
1) Send them a message to remove the content on their contact page or email if they have one. While many content thieves will ignore emails of this nature, others will take down your content as soon as you ask them to, especially if you mention that you will file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) infringement complaint against them if the article, post or page is not removed in a timely manner.
2) You also can file a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) complaint against a site that has stolen your content. This can be done for Google, Bing & Yahoo below:
https://reportcontent.google.com/forms/dmca_search
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/legal/intellectualproperty/infringement
https://legal.yahoo.com/us/en/yahoo/ip/index.html
If they deem that another site actually has been stealing your content, then the site may be banned from search engines.
3) You can use the link below to do a WHOIS search of the offending domain name and from the nameservers and AS number (ASN) shown you may be able to find out where they are hosting their site. You can file a DMCA complaint with the hosting provider. Some will investigate the issue and will in some cases suspend that hosting account unless they remove all stolen content and desist in stealing content in the future.

Thanks,
Peter.
