• after installing it, I got more and more call of people who could not register or send a message from the contact form and the spam blocked count increased dramatically…
    So it was blocking also my real visitors ??

    Sorry that you seem to be having issues with GoodBye Captcha after installing it on your site.

    It would have been nice if you could contact me to see if I could fix this for you before you posted your review. As you can see on the Support page, at this time, there is no issue that’s not resolved.

    We all know that there is no perfect solution, and as a developer of a free plugin I rely on users’ feedback in order to improve it.

    I am continually working on this, especially during the nights and weekends, and having people rating my work with 1 star (the lowest rate that can be given) without informing that there is an issue, I don’t think that’s fair.

    It is possible that the issue you have could be solved in just few minutes if you contacted me.

    I thought that 1 star rate is for extremely bad products. Is my work really that bad? Was it hurting you more than spammers?

    Did you switch the plugin to “Test Mode” and test it by yourself? Was the notification email informing you that you can activate the plugin for that particular form (registration/contact/login/etc)?

    If you still feel that it is worthy of a 1 star review, I understand, but I would be extremely grateful if you’ll give me the possibility to look at your site and find out what the problem is.
