Block supports – why are features disabled?

    Hello,
    I am curious about why do we have a limited selection of supports options when creating block.json file for our custom block.

    Example: Let’s say I want to create a block which supports border and border radius selection. Even though some native WP blocks support this (like the image block), I am unable to add this UI to my custom block.

    What is the reason behind this?
