Block template for custom post in plugin

Hi,

I wanted to enhance my old template. My last decision was rebuild it to the block template. The old template creates some custom post types with dynamic data (event, location, …). I want to separate this functionality to a new plugin. So the functionality of events can be used with other templates too. But how to make (register) a default block template for the custom post type in plugin?

• Should I create a clasic php template for the custom post type in the plugin and it will be used in block templates?
• Or there is a way, how to create the block html template in plugin?

If a template defines a template for the custom post type, will it override the template from the plugin?
