Block the banner when clicks are reached

Hi I’m using your plugin it’s done very well. I only encountered a problem when I use it with WPML in multilingual mode because it is not possible to customize the destination url. At the moment I solved it by generating different banners and selecting them based on the language.

If possible, I would be interested in making sure that the banners are automatically disabled after a certain number of unique clicks on the banner. I have seen that this functionality is missing. Furthermore, the problem with WPML should also be solved, otherwise it is not possible to have a unique count of clicks on multiple languages.

I would really appreciate it if this problem can be fixed.
