    Hello,

    We have created two types of shipping, Standard and Express, and we have set up the free shipping field. Is it possible to prevent the order status from automatically advancing? We find all orders in ‘processing’ when they should actually be confirmed by the admin first.

    Hi @damianoporta,

    Do you mean that each order which contains the products requiring to be shipped should get the On Hold status after placing instead of Processing? If so, it is exactly how it works now and our Flexible Shipping plugin does not affect the order status by any terms. If the order status automatically skips to Processing in your shop, I suppose it is being changed by some other plugin you are currently using or by the payment gateway, since they often update the status once the payment is done.
