    Is there any way I can block the feature where a ticket can be transferred by an agent to another agent?

    Could be on Awesome Support itself, or adjusting WordPress settings, or even with another plugin like User Role Editor or similar.

  • You can use the role editor plugin and remove the assign_ticket capability from the Support Staff role.

    Removing the assign_ticket capability with role editor plugin, plus checking the ‘Use SELECT2 For Staff Drop-downs’ option you flagged as a bug, worked.

    Unfortunately, their supports isn’t so awesome – at least for the free users.

    And their support is not so awesome, not even for pre-sales, not even for paying customers or so I heard from some ppl that had to get stuff fixed with outside developers… is just NON EXISTENT!
