If customer has 20 orders in total then according to shared screenshot it will check if from these 20 orders if any 5 orders are in RTO initiated status then it will not allow the customer to place an order. Right?

Instead of completely blocking the customer can you do something like they will be blocked from only cash on delivery option and can only place prepaid order? Maybe in your next update?

    Hi @veneetsayyer11

Thanks for trying out the plugin.

The number “5” as shown in the screenshot is used in different scenario. For payments like credit card, customer might use declined cards or any fraudulent cards. For such case, woo commerce creates the order in backend and markes them as failed. If customer tries 5 such failed attempts, then they will be blocked automatically.

And incase of your RTO status blocking, it will block even if it found one such previous order.

And at last, thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely keeps in list for coming updates.

    Thanks.
