Block Widget areas compatibility

  • Hi, I’m on the latest version (2.11.0) and WordPress Core 5.9.3. It seems when the newish block widget areas, part of the WordPress FSE project, is enabled each widget has the banner added to it.

    I think this is a bit of a bug with WordPress now, but a solution would be to check to see if we are in an admin page and not load the banner?

    Hi @seedsca thanks for noticing this. There’s an upcoming update to support WordPress 6.0.0 so i’ll try to address this issue then.
