Blocked all countries but 5 but Russia and China still trying to log in

I have decided that I only want a handful of countries to be able to access my site. I figured if you can’t access it then you can’t try and log in. I installed and configured the plugin yesterday and for some reason I still have the list of usual suspects trying to brute force their way in. Any ideas?

I do use Wordfence as well so they have been blocking those attempts but that’s not a solution.
