Blocked appointment times

    Hello,

    Some of our customers have reported difficulties with selecting specific appointment times. Some of the times seem to be blocked (are grey and can’t be selected) even though the “worker” is working at the time and our block time is only 5 min. How can we prevent this from happening please?

    Hi Annika,

    if there is overlap then that slot is not available. Block time is there for preventing the customer to book appointment if there is less then X minutes.

    Hi Nikola,

    Thanks for your reply. There shouldn’t be any overlaps, all services are during separate times. Some service slots just randomly occur unavailable. Is there anything we can do to prevent that from happening?
