I use a Facebook feed plugin on my WordPress site that makes AJAX requests to admin-ajax.php, but it is being blocked from making those requests by WordFence. This plugin cannot work properly unless it is allowed to make these AJAX calls. Can you assist me in resolving this issue?

Hi @jmbguerra1, thanks for getting in touch.

From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions with this plugin that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/ is an amazing resource for learning more about the WAF and learning mode.

Hi @wfpeter i fave the same problem.
I have switched to Learning Mode and “load More” function working correctly.
When I go back to the original configuration “Enabled and Protecting” Load More doesn’t work, and no new content is loaded.

    Can you assist me please?

    THANKS
    Beppe
