Blocked by login security setting

    Hi,

    when am checking my site am getting an error like this “https://prnt.sc/syy9c5”. and i tried to run the website with another network, that time also same issue am facing. I think the issue not related to a specific IP address. now i tried to disable the Wordfence Security plugin on the website and re-enable the plugin, that time i can access the website with the same IP. could you please check why the issue happens

    Also, when am run the Wordfence Security scan on the site. I can see there is one high priority error due to “Unable to accurately detect IPs”. could you please look at this issue also and how we can solve this one.

  • Having similar problems and cannot clear a login, also the following url is no longer working

    Hey @navas007,

    First, can you please check the How does Wordfence get IPs setting to make sure it’s correctly identifying your IP? If it isn’t, can you cycle through the options until it does?

    After you’ve done this please let me know if you run into the issue again and we’ll take a closer look.

    @hongpong – Can you please open a separate thread per the Forum Guidelines? The issue may seem the same, but there could be differences.
