    Hi All,

Hope you are all doing well.

Would appreciate with some assistance if possible, i am just short of losing my last hair. I am using paid membership pro, sensei, and youzify.

On my member profile the courses seems be be blocked and shows membership required. I have checked all the settings that i could so far and still cant find a solution.

Would appreciate assistance if you have any ideas what else i can check to resolve the issue.

Was thinking of maybe doing a redirect which is not unique but not sure how to redirect to the logged in users courses.

Any assistance will be greatly apprecited

    Hi there, @zander01,

If I get this right, the system still asks you to purchase a course even though you have already purchased it, and therefore it should appear in your member profile, and accessible/ready to use. Is that correct?

If so, there may be something else installed on the site that’s causing problems. Let’s go through the following troubleshooting steps to check for that:

    • Explain how the issue happens, step-by-step. This helps us if we cannot replicate your specific issue on our end. You can share screenshots if that helps. You can create screenshots using something like Snipboard or Imgur and post the link here.
    • Verify that all plugins are fully updated to the latest versions
    • Temporarily deactivate all plugins except Sensei to see if there’s a plugin conflict. If the issue is resolved with all other plugins deactivated, you can reactivate plugins one by one to discover which plugin is causing the problem.
    • Clear your browser cache and cookies
    • Try a different browser
    • Check the PHP error logs on your web host server for any relevant errors. If you’re not sure how to check those logs, your web host can help you with that.
    • Check for JavaScript errors. If you’re not sure how to do that, you can follow this guide: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis

Could you also please post your site URL here so that we can have a look? If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread. Thanks!
