Do you have FTP access? Try renaming the “plugins” folder to “plugins-old”. Then rename it back and see if you can get access.

Im new to 000webhost where can i find that file?

The main .htaccess file is typically at public_html/.htaccess

I dont see it there.

Anyone that has the solution to this BLOCKED problem…. im having same issues…..
