    Hi,

    Wordfence had been working very well for us until an upgrade earlier this year (can’t remember which one) then after that, our Blocked IPs page began taking a huge amount of time to load. Since then and after updating to the latest version, we now get the following error in the Wordfence Live Activity banner:

    Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: We received an error response when trying to contact the Wordfence scanning ser (that’s all that’s displayed)

    Additionally, when the list of Blocked IPs finally comes up, it no longer lists the location for any of the IPs (no doubt because of the above communication error) and now all listings begin with “An unknown location at IP…”

    I just deactivated and deleted all the Wordfence data and tables using that checkbox in options but after re-installing, continue to have the same errors and immensely long wait time on the Blocked IP screen.

    Would really appreciate suggestions on fixing this.
