    Hi,

I am a long term user of your great plugin.
I noticed that if I block an IP, it still adds the ip into the 404 page not found list.
So either blocking does not work, or a change need to be made, so the 404 is not generated and stored.
    Regards,

Thanks for reporting this issue. I have created a task internally to fix this.
It might get solved in upcoming updates as per priority with other task.

It seems issue with the Blocking IP. If you block an IP It should return 403 forbidden.
Do you have htaccess enabled? Because right now Block IP works with htaccess on apache.

Also can you please let me know one of sample IP address you think issue have.

    Answers to your questions.
Currently I do not have an Ip as example, so have to wait for it.
Yes I have a htaccess enabled as all the commands I added to it via All in One Security are within htaccess.

I do have checked and Blocking IP works in General for one of my godaddy site having apache and htaccess working.

So I required more details from your side. If 404 error log created and then that IP added in Blacklist > IP addresses. It will show the past log. hope that is not the case.

    Hi,

After checking the last period, the problem did not occur again.
I think that it might be caused by the fact that the IP was on two pages further in the list when I blocked it. So when deleting the first page after checking, I noticed the same IP on some pages further away.
So this issue can be closed for now
    Regards,
