Blocked IPs not showing up

    Hi there,
    in the weekly wordfence activity e-mail, I see the “Top 10 blocked IPs” BUT why are they not listed under firewall > blocking ?
    When they are blocked… why are they not on the blocked list?

    Hi @maxidavis, thanks for your question.

    You should be able to see these IPs and the reason they were blocked by filtering your Live Traffic page. Blocks on the Firewall > Blocking page are sometimes controlled by your Rate Limiting and Brute Force settings. If the time limits set under these sections have expired, they won’t show here because they are no longer blocked when you check. However some blocks are never subject to these timeout periods, but will be caught again by our list of known bad IPs if they revisit your site.
