I’m sorry to hear you’ve run into issues.
Could you tell me a bit more about the errors you experienced? I’d be happy to take a closer look, help you fix this, so you can enable Jetpack again and use its Stats module.
If you’d rather use another Stats service, you could look at Google Analytics (here is a plugin to help you set it up on your site), or Piwik (here is a plugin).
Hi I Schema premium theme and had jet pack installed, was enjoying it but somehow it didnt get along. My host said it was jet pack, only had schema and jetpack for a week , was going good then got a security message when trying to log in one day.
Maybe another plug in? don’t know? maybe anothe plug in used for fixing page speed items had duplicate items of jet pack and they did not function together.
Host said to contact you. So here I am ,,,wasting time,if you cant fix it. or find cause for me,,,, but hopefully it helps, and you can fix it

This message does come from Jetpack indeed. it appeared because your IP address has been flagged as malicious by Jetpack’s Protect module. This happens after several failed login attempts from someone using your IP address. In practice, here is what may have happened:
- You tried to log in to your dashboard, but didn’t remember your username or password. You tried several combinations, but didn’t find the right one.
- Someone else using the same IP address tried to log in to your dashboard but didn’t know the right username / password combination. This may happen if that IP address is shared among multiple computers, like in a public library, or if you have multiple computers on your home Wifi network.
- Someone else using the same IP address tried to log in to another site using Jetpack’s Protect module, and failed to log in, thus flagging the IP address.
- You use one of the mobile apps for WordPress on your phone, and that phone is connected to your Wifi network. Unfortunately, the username or password you’ve entered in the app is incorrect. The app keeps trying to log in to your site for you, thus flagging your IP address.
To avoid these kind of issues in the future, you can whitelist your own IP address, so Jetpack’s Protect module never considers it as malicious. To do so, you can follow the instructions here:
https://jetpack.me/support/security-features/#unblockAnother alternative would be to go to Jetpack > Settings in your dashboard, and deactivate the Protect module.

All these errors are caused by your theme. I’d recommend checking your theme’s functions.php file, and looking at the code on line 149. Was that code part of your theme, or did you add it yourself later? If the former, you can contact the theme author for help. If the latter, you can remove the code from the file yourself.
Once you’ve done so, you’ll need to follow the same steps for another file in your theme, theme-options.php, on line 402 .
