Blocked (X-Robots-Tag)

I could use some help with an issue I’ve run into on my website’s SEO Panel. I noticed a couple of my URLs are blocked, and I’m not sure how to unblock them. Here are the URLs I’m having trouble with:

1. /lost-password/ – Blocked (X-Robots-Tag)
2. https://www.tropicalacai.com/author/tropicalacai/ – Blocked (Robots Meta Tag)

I tried checking my robots.txt and .htaccess files, but I’m still stuck. I’d be super grateful for any tips or advice you can share to help me unblock these URLs.
