blocking admin login

Hi,
I’ve the free version running on 6 or 7 sites all working brilliantly apart from 1. In that it has started blocking me out of admin, I get ‘you do not have sufficient permissions to access this page’. Asked hosting company to try logging in with my admin login details and they couldn’t.
Disabled Wordfence and were able to do so.
With WF disabled I got into the dashboard and deleted the plugin and reinstalled it hoping I’d be able to tweak the settings but soon as I activated it I was denied permission to the site.
So had to go into Hosting Control Panel to delete it again so I could update site – but now with no Wordfence – the security I’ve grown to love.
Help please.
