    Hello Team,

    Is it secure to use this plugin with WooCommerce?

    Since activating CleanTalk, all payment confirmations from the Paddle system are failing, and our orders are stuck in “Pending Payment” status.

    Could you please provide a step-by-step solution to this issue? Also, how can we trust this plugin moving forward, given this major disruption? How can we be sure it won’t interfere with other critical WooCommerce processes?

    Our plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce.

    I’ve analyzed the requests in your Anti-Spam logs. Sometimes some visitor’s parameters are transmitted incorrectly by our plugin. This can lead to the error you stated.

    Please set the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours and clear it.

    I’m afraid I can’t conduct tests on this production site. Your plugin has severely disrupted the synchronization with our payment system:

    • We have pending orders that need to be completed manually, and we are unsure if the subscriptions will renew correctly next year.
    • We’ve missed some renewal orders that should have been triggered by the payment system, and there is no way to trigger them again, leading us to miss some renewals.

    Do you use any cache solution? Could you try setting the cache update time on the site to no more than 24 hours and clear it? You can also enable the ‘Store blocked orders’ option here:

    WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Antispam by Cleantalk -> Advanced settings

    I’ve tweaked some filters. It should help to decrease false positives. I also found that the most blocked requests were from a few IPs. Seems like they belong to some service. If these are trusted IPs then you can add them to your personal lists:
